In general when you sign up to become an Acadamia customer, you must provide us with personal information.  By personal information, we mean such data as your name, address, telephone numbers, social security numbers, date of births, and grade levels for your children.  On our part, we will hold this information in confidence.  We will reveal only if we are legally required to do so or if you specifically request and approve the release of the information.

How the Collected Information is Used
Any information that we collect from you either in person or on this site will be used to:

• Prepare and submit state or district forms necessary to initiate the contract.
• Register you for our online tutorial and incentive program.

Information Sharing Policy

Acadamia.net, Inc. maintains a policy of not sharing any data collected either on the web site or in person with anyone outside of Acadamia.net, Inc.  The only exception to this policy occurs when we are legally required to reveal such information or when you specifically request and approve that the information be released.
